Transportation Basket For MWD-Systems (TB)

APPLICATIONS The transportation basket is used for transportation and storage of MWD systems. DESIGN FEATURES The transport basket is a welded assembly comprising a frame, cradles (lodgments), partial cladding with steel sheets, and fastening hardware for securing both the MWD system components and the basket itself. The frame is fabricated from 70×70×5 mm steel tubing. The base of the frame is manufactured from 100×100×5 mm and 100×200×5 mm structural profiles and is designed for handling with forklift tines. The basket features partial cladding located at both ends and at the midpoint of the frame on both sides. For securing MWD system components and tubulars, it is equipped with V-shaped cradles lined with 16 mm thick rubber pads to protect the equipment and prevent movement. To ensure reliable retaining of the MWD system, the basket includes four tie-down straps and corresponding anchoring points for their attachment. For helicopter transport, the basket is fitted with 25 mm thick steel lifting eyes and omega-shaped brackets, both of which are included in the delivery package.
